Laurie P. Mullen received her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from New England School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts in 1989. She obtained her license to practice law in Massachusetts the same year and became licensed in Rhode Island in 1990. Attorney Mullen was an associate with Wynn & Wynn, P.C. from 1989-1992. She has had her own private practice since 1992.
